This is a review of what you’ve studied in order to become a real estate professional. The material we cover here will prepare you to succesfully pass your Illinois State License examination.

The primary presenter is Vince DePaul, known to many as “Mr. Real Estate.” Vince is a Real Estate Broker and a licensed real estate instructor. For ten years he hosted a weekly, live, call-in radio broadcast called “Your House.”

He has taught real estate at College of DuPage for several decades and is the Dean of The Your House Real Estate Academy. Vince is also the New Associate Coordinator for Starck & Company, Realtors, one of the largest independent real estate brokerage firms in Chicagoland. Occasionally we’ll switch from the studio to the classroom and share a bit of a Vince DePaul lecture.

A second voice you'll hear is that of Mike Fair. He’s president of the Illinois Academy of Real Estate, one of Illinois oldest and best recognized real estate schools. Mike will present material that is unique to Illinois real estate law. And at the end of the lesson, Tiffany Star Diaz will give you dozens of practice test questions, similar to the ones you'll encounter on the state exam.
