15-Hour Leasing Agent Pre-License Course

This course is required for the person who wants to obtain a limited use license to engage in leasing of residential real estate.  To be a leasing agent, an applicant must be at least 18 years old and meet the other standard requirements for licensing ... high school diploma or GED, be of good moral character, pass the Illinois State exam and must be employed (sponsored) by a managing broker, etc.

This Flexible-Learning home-study course can be completed in as little as two weeks and includes voluntary attendance in our ongoing pre-license workshops.  Enrollment is good for six months, tuition is $150.00 and text materials are included.
