Lori Linkimer - Workshop Leader

Lori Linkimer is the managing broker of the Starck Realtors St. Charles office. She has been recognized as a top sales producer, and an accomplished sales trainer. Prior to starting her real estate career in 2000, Lori earned a Master of Education degree from Roosevelt University and has 24 years of classroom teaching experience. Lori prides herself at consistently staying abreast of new information in the real estate field with continuing education classes and training seminars.

Patrick Shumon - Workshop Leader

Colonel Shumon is a retired Air Force fighter pilot and a combat veteran of World War II and Korea with 30 years of service to his country from 1941 to 1971. After retiring from the USAF, Pat started his real estate career and has been a top producing agent for 37 years. Patrick became a workshop leader in 1998 and boasts one of the highest passing rates in the state. His students claim that, "his knowledge and experience combined with his humor and amazing character makes him the best!"

Stan Walgreen - Workshop Leader

Stan Walgreen is a skilled pre-license workshop leader. Stan has 49 years in sales and 13 years as a top producing professional in the real estate business. He's a distinguished member of the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Optimist Club, Past President of the Kiwanis Club and Past President of the Executive Network. One of his students commented, "Stan is a great motivator and a good example to follow. I would like to have a mentor like him in my career."

Rob Corsello - Workshop Leader

Rob Corsello served in the United State Marine Corps from 1984 to 1990 and began a career as a purchasing manager for an electrical and communications contractor in Elgin participating in a wide range of construction endeavors including the McCormick Place expansion project. Afterwards, Rob owned and operated a successful delivery company. He began his real estate career in 2002 and started teaching with our pre-licensing school soon after. Rob's students enjoy his friendly and professional teaching style and often encourage their friends and family to join Rob's classes and workshops.

Paula Calzolari- Workshop Leader

Paula Calzolari is a Real Estate Broker and has been a workshop leader with Your House Academy since 2001. Paula skillfully uses her experiences in real estate sales, new construction sales, mortgage origination, and as a landlord/property owner to share memorable and comedic stories with her students. Paula creates a casual and fun atmosphere in her pre-license workshops. In fact, when Paula is not selling homes or teaching, she can be found performing limited engagements at Second City in Chicago.
