Managing Broker Continuing Education

Next Renewal Deadline for Managing Brokers is April 30, 2021

The Illinois Real Estate License Act requires 24 hours of professional Continuing Education.  The first 12 hours are mandatory Broker Management CE (BMCE) interactive sessions presented in the classroom or live webinar.  The second are 12 hours of Broker CE presented home-study and/or classroom.

1.    Review workbooks via hard copy, PDF email or on our Student Only portal
2.    Test after your Classroom BMCE session, by appointment in our office or with a local Proctor
3.    Pass each 25-question test with a 70%
