75 hour Broker Pre-license Package

This package includes all 75 hours of licensing education to be eligible to receive your Real Estate Broker's License which is the entry level license for a full service real estate agent.

The 75-hour Broker Pre-License Course Package is taken in two parts:

  1. A60-hour Topics course. Our topics course is given in a Flexible-Learning home-study format that includes voluntary attendance in 11 regularly-scheduled ongoing workshops held in various locations.
  2. A 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles course that requires mandatory classroom/webinar attendance. A proctored final exam is required for both courses with a minimum passing score of 75%. Students have up to four years to take the required state exam. The exam can be taken four times before having to repeat the course. Tuition includes all text materials and access to our Student Only portal.

A REALTOR® is a licensed real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, (NAR) the largest trade group in the country.

Every agent is not a REALTOR®.  You become a REALTOR® after you pass your real estate course, pass the state license exam, join a real estate company and then join the National Association of REALTORS®.

According to the NAR, the term REALTOR has one, and only one, meaning:
"REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics."
